Resolver a riluttanza variabile Serie Singlsyn

Questa famiglia di resolver Tamagawa si caratterizza per avere gli avvolgimenti di primario e secondario solo sullo statore mentre il rotore è realizzato di lamierini magnetici che consento di ottenere resolver particolarmente compatti e adatti per applicazioni alle alte velocità.

Grazie alla loro innovativa struttura costruttiva i resolver di questa famiglia sono adatti si prestano a customizzazioni per incontrare le esigenze applicative richieste per l’utilizzo negli aeromobili.

Tra le caratteristiche tecniche principali:

• Diametri esterni da 38mm;
• Avvolgimento 7V/10KHz;
• Temperature di funzionamento fino a + 180°C;
• Velocità massima di funzionamento fino a 90.000rpm.

Tamagawa Variable Reluctance (VR) Resolver 

The Resolver of this Series are a high reliable absolute angular sensor, it needs winding on a stator only and offer VRX (Single-phase excitation / Two-phases output), which is called “Singlsyn”. 

In case of loss of excitation signal, output signal of resolver becomes similar to amplitude modulation signal. Forming the rotor core into a special shape and changing the width of the gap between rotor core and stator core generates changes in the amplitude of output voltage. 

This ultra-thin structure of VR-Resolver is very suitable for specific aviation application for big size of bore and very limited space with reasonable price.

Customization of fitting and electrical specification is available based on standard models. Modification of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product by airworthiness design technology is made for aviation applications.
