GEAR MOTORS FUNCTION IN motor operated valves
Motor operated valves are electromechanical components used in civil and industrial plumbing systems.
They consist of a ball shutter, operated by a gear motor, which manages a flow of liquids. The gearmotor therefore has the function of opening and closing the motorized valve.
A mechanical cam with output shaft and a microswitch are used to define the angular displacement. By supplying voltage to the gearmotor, a 90 ° / 180 ° C rotation of the output shaft can be achieved.

PERMANENT MAGNETS FOR WATER METERS WITH motor operated valves
The valves that use this gear motor can also be used for flow regulation in “prepaid” water meters used for civil accounting.
The meter, used to measure the flow of water consumed, is internally composed of a series of gears and components, which also includes our permanent magnets.
