Tamagawa Brushless LVDT

Tamagawa Brushless LVDTs are linear position feedback units which provide voltage output signal proportional to the linear displacement of the device to which they are connected.

Thanks to their innovative “brushless” structure, Tamagawa LVDTs are mainly utilized in avionics and aerospace applications where high vibrations and sudden temperature changes occur.

In their particularly light and compact size Tamagawa LVDTs guarantee high reliability and high signals precision besides the following technical characteristics:

• Outer diameter from 16mm;
• Voltage Input from 5Vrms to 10Vrms;
• Electrical Stroke from ± 0,6mm to ± 150mm;
• “Full Stroke” linearity from ± 0,5% FS
• Operating Temperature from -55°C to + 180°C;
• Up to 3 levels of redundancy;
• Single and multi-channel versions available;
• Custom made and “explosion proof” models available upon request;
• High EMC resistance;
• Environmental Resistance in accordance to RTCA DO-160G/MIL-STD-810
