Pick and place for roto-translation
The VZθ actuator by KSS allows a linear and rotational translation. Therefore, if it used in a pick and place application, it allows you to perform a roto-translation, that permits to rotate as well as to translate along an axis.
In the following video by KSS is showed a pick and place application with linear (X-Y-Z), rotational (θ) and vacuum (Z) movements.
